What we collect
Your name, email and phone so we can confirm and find your booking. Nationality and arrival time only where operationally needed. Payment is handled by a payment provider — we never store card details.
Marketing
Marketing consent is separate from booking terms and never pre-ticked. You can opt out at any time.
Analytics
We measure booking-funnel steps to improve the site. Identity data is not required for those measurements.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy of your data or its deletion and we will action it, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
