Plain terms for a direct booking with Pods House.
Who you are booking with
Pods House is a brand of KMPD (kmpd.co) and part of the Harvieston International network (harvieston.asia). The operating company is KMPD Co., Ltd., 118/4 Moo 4, Bophut, Ko Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand. Company registration number (DBD): pending. Hotel licence number: pending. Both numbers are published here once issued.
Your booking
A booking covers one pod per guest for the dates shown in your confirmation. Rates are per pod, per night, in Thai Baht.
Price and taxes
The total at checkout is the total you pay. Applicable taxes and fees are itemised before you confirm and are subject to final operator confirmation before launch.
Third-party experiences
Transfers, scooters, tours and boat trips are provided by independent partners. Pods House arranges them for you as an agent; the partner's own terms apply to the activity.
The House
Quiet hours, pod use and behaviour in shared areas follow the house rules. We can end a stay for behaviour that makes the House unsafe for others.
